Description:
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS3.1 Proposal RequirementsTo comply with the RFP, each Proposal must include:(a) a comprehensive and detailed Proposal, including when requested all pricing details and information for all Work (labour, material, equipment and supplies) as set out in Appendix A (Scope of Work), that will permit a complete evaluation in accordance with the criteria set out in the solicitation;(b) Proposal must be submitted in two (2) separate attachments envelopes on merx.com as follows:(i) Electronic attachment 1 shall contain the ["Mandatory Requirements"]; and(ii) Electronic attachment 2 shall contain the ["Technical and Financial Proposal along with the completed bid form"].(c) to establish the legal capacity under which a Proponent proposes to enter into the Contract, any Proponent who carries on business in other than its own personal or corporate name shall provide proof of the legal capacity under which it carries on business; and(d) an accurate and complete Proposal Form and return one (1) signed electronic copy of the Proposal Form, attached hereto as Appendix C (Proposal Form).
