Tender are invited for Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bidCompetitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower BidComprehensive Land Claim Agreement: NoNature of Requirements: Statistics Canada-s Canadian Health Measures Survey (CHMS) has the requirement for the supply and delivery of 8360 single use sterile dental probes and mirrors. The dental probes and mirrors must abide by Health Canada Medical Device Regulations and Licensing requirements. Suppliers may submit a bid for either the dental probes (Stream 1) or the dental mirrors (Stream 2) or both. The winning supplier must be able to fulfill the entire requirement with the same product model for the duration of the contract. A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. Canada reserves the right to award one or two contracts for any responsive bid in order to fulfil its overall requirement.
