- The Project comprises selective demolition and removals of the existing interior concrete planters and organic materials; existing exterior entrance system; interior wall assemblies and ceilings; finishes and millwork in the Scope of Work Area. This includes abatement of hazardous materials. The new construction works include the addition of a new glazed entrance system and vestibule; new interior barrier-free ramp; minor modifications to mechanical and electrical systems; repairs to architectural finishes in the existing café space; and replacement of the existing finishes and millwork in full scope of work area. All as indicated and specified.
