Description:
The Nature Conservancy of Canada (NCC) is a leading national land conservation organization committed to protecting our most important natural areas and the species they sustain. Since 1962, NCC and its supporters have protected more than 15 million hectares of ecologically significant land across Canada.
NCC acquired several properties across Hastings County that make up the Hastings Wildlife Junction. Some of these properties contain infrastructure, including old cabins, outbuildings, blinds, stands and other waste materials, that must be removed to restore the habitat. Some structures are still being salvaged however some final demolition services are anticipated. Contractors are invited to bid for one or multiple combinations of project objectives. NCC reserves the right to award the projects separately.
