Description:
The City of Burnaby invites Tenders from pre-qualified demolition contractors to complete the specified Work, as further detailed herein. The issue of these documents does not confer any licence or grant for any other purpose.

PRE-QUALIFICATION
Following Request for Qualification #184-07-22 Pre-Qualification of Demolition Contractors, only the following pre-qualified general contractors will be invited to tender this project.
3R Demolition Corp Division 2 Contracting Ltd. Division 2 Environmental Ltd. Matcon Demolition Ltd. MWL Demolition Ltd. Pacific Blasting & Demolition Ltd. SECURE Energy Inc. & SECURE Energy Services Inc. ET AL. SECURE EnergyAn OPTIONAL site visit for this Tender will be held on May 24th, 2024, commencing at 10:00 AM. Tenderers are requested to meet at 5177 Sperling Avenue, V5E 2T2. Sub-Contractors may join the site visit. Tenderers are requested to meet on job site and shall wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the duration of the site visit. Sub-Contractors may attend the site visit.
ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS ONLY, shall be received by the on-line bidding system. Hardcopy submissions not permitted.
Tenderers are cautioned that the timing of their submission is based on when the Tender is RECEIVED by the on-line bidding system, not when a Tender is submitted, as transmission can be delayed due to file transfer size, transmission speed, etc.
