Description:
This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective Contractors to submit non-binding quotations for Demolition and Remediation of 450 and 470 King Street East, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The City is looking to partner with a qualified contractor to provide all labour, material and equipment necessary to undertake the work under this contract. Upon project completion, remove all equipment and restore the site, including landscaping, hardscaping, etc. to original condition.
The successful contractor will be required to sign a CCDC 2 - 2020 agreement with the City-s Supplementary General Conditions at time of award.
Only pre-qualified contractors through project RFSQ24-037 Request for Supplier Qualifications of Demolition Services Roster Contractors process will be invited to submit on this quotation.
The City will only consider quotations received from Contractors who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFQ directly from the Bids and Tenders website at https://kitchener.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding System”).
