Description:
This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the City of Kitchener (“the City”) to prospective Contractors to submit non-binding quotations for Demolition of 457 Wellington Street N, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
The City is looking to partner with a qualified contractor to perform the scope of work which includes, but is not limited to the demolition of the building and surrounding site elements on the property of Contractor - Demolition of 457 Wellington Street North, Kitchener, Ontario, N2H 5L4.
Only pre-qualified contractors through project RFSQ24-037 Request for Supplier Qualifications of Demolition Services Roster Contractors process will be invited to submit on this quotation.
The City will only consider quotations received from Contractors who have registered with Bids and Tenders and have obtained the RFQ directly from the Bids and Tenders website at https://kitchener.bidsandtenders.ca (the “Bidding System”).
