- Collège Boréal, as Service System Manager (SSM) for Northeastern Ontario, is responsible for ensuring the stability, accessibility, and performance integrity of the Integrated Employment Services (IES) network across the region. The IES network operates under the province-s Employment Ontario mandate, which guides service delivery and compliance standards throughout Northeastern Ontario.Collège Boréal is seeking to engage a third-party service provider within its IES network to deliver specialized, accessibility-focused employment supports for clients who are deaf or hard of hearing, ensuring equitable access to tailored services that address their unique needs. These individuals often encounter complex barriers and require reliable, structured service delivery that meets provincial compliance and accountability standards.The anticipated operational annual funding allocation for this service is estimated at $127,500.00 per fiscal year. Final allocation amounts will be confirmed during contract negotiations. The College makes no representation or guarantees regarding future funding levels beyond the initial term.
