Description:
This Request for Tenders (the “RFT”) is issued by the Corporation of the County of Peterborough (the “County”) as a Kawartha Collaborative Purchasing Group (“KCPG”) co-operative tender for the provision of the pick-up of sodium chloride at the Bowmanville Dock and the delivery of sodium chloride (salt) to specified delivery locations subject to the approval of the Participating Agencies- governing bodies, all in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications of this tender.
The Agencies participating in this tender call (Participating Agencies) are the Corporation of the County of Peterborough, the Corporation of the Township of Havelock-Belmont-Methuen, the Corporation of the Township of Selwyn, the Corporation of the Township of Douro-Dummer, the Corporation of the Township of North Kawartha, the Corporation of the Municipality of Trent Lakes, the Corporation of the Municipality of Marmora and Lake, the Corporation of the City of Peterborough, the Corporation of the City of Kawartha Lakes, the Corporation of the Township of Cramahe, Trent University, the Corporation of the County of Northumberland, and the Corporation of the County of Haliburton.
The materials shall be delivered F.O.B. Destination(s) to the locations listed in the Specifications Schedule.
