Detailed_Description : The successful vendor will be required to conduct a web-based survey of graduates and employers to collect, tabulate, analyze and report on key performance indicator (KPI) data related to full-time postsecondary diploma, applied degree and post-diploma programs along with Co-op Diploma Apprenticeship (CODA) programs offered by Ontario's Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology (CAATs) and Other Public Institutions (OPIs).
Scope of Work : The successful vendor will be required to conduct the 6-month survey of college graduates and their employers and covers a term of two years in 2025-26 and 2026-27 (with an option of extending into 2027-28). The survey year captures all three graduating terms (i.e., summer, fall, and winter). After every survey year, the successful vendor is required to provide the ministry with a dataset and comprehensive reports containing the results of the survey. They will also be required to provide advice to government on the survey when asked, and to present information (e.g., methodology, findings, response rates, data, etc.) to the ministry or colleges when asked. The ultimate goal is to acquire reliable survey data on college graduates- labour market outcomes and satisfaction with their college education, as well as employer satisfaction with graduates- preparation.
