Summary Details:
ICBC has an ongoing need to conduct employee experience surveys, specifically surveys:
1) to measure employee engagement;
2) to assess diversity, equity and inclusion ("DEI"); and
3) to track applicant demographic data from external job applicants who are applying for
roles at ICBC.
(collectively "employee experience surveys")
ICBC wishes to determine the specific survey services available in the market and identify the qualified vendors with the experience and capability to deliver these services, to address ICBC's DEI objectives and align with the corporate DEI Charter.
Proponents wishing to participate in the RFI process for RFI 417, are to e-mail their executed Mutual Non Disclosure Agreement (MNDA), in the format provided by ICBC, to sourcing@icbc.com by 12:00 p.m. PST on April 22, 2021. Once ICBC receives the executed MNDA, ICBC will invite the vendor to participate in the RFI via the Bonfire Platform., Please ensure to put RFI 417 in the subject line of your e-mail.
