Detailed_Description : Public Health Ontario (PHO) has a requirement for the supply of a range of Dehydrated and Broth Culture Media for the purpose of clinical testing, food and water samples testing, and interpretation of bacterial and fungal cultures. PHO is seeking to establish a contract with one (1) Vendor for supply of the full range of eight (8) Dehydrated Media products and one (1) Broth Culture Media product, as follows;•Baird-Parker Agar 500 g•Buffered Listeria Enrichment Broth (BLEB) Base 500 g•Chopped Meat Medium with Carbohydrate 7ml tubes•Columbia Blood Agar Base 500 g•m PA-C Agar 500 g•Mueller Hinton Agar 500 g (Sequestered lot)•Pancreatic Digest of Gelatin 500 g•Sabouraud Dextrose Agar 500 g•Plate Count Agar (Standard Methods) 500 gPHO is seeking to establish a long-term agreement for supply of these products, over a term of two (2) firm years plus three (3) one-year option terms.
