A comprehensive 8-hour practical driving training program for all regular drivers. • An initial mass in-person Competency Assessment for all non-regular drivers. • Refresher training for regular drivers every 3 years. • Refresher training for non-regular drivers every 5 years. • Refresher training for any driver that may have been involved in motor vehicle incidents (MVIs). • Onboarding process for new hires.
