- The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) intends to enter into a contract with a single contractor for the acquisition of a Decision Management suite DMS solution for designing, building and managing an automated decision-making system in order to create, test and deploy new business decisions for near real-time Goods and Services Tax (GST) return processing, collections and verification activities.
This requirement also includes options to purchase additional quantities of annual concurrent user licenses for the DMS solution (including maintenance and support), and professional services and training requirements.
The period of any resulting contract will be a firm three (3) years, plus seven (7) one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.
A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the highest responsive combined rating of technical merit and price will be recommended for award of a contract.
Proposal documents and supporting information must be submitted in either English or French.
