Location : Canada, Manitoba

Description : DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK: The Scope of Work generally includes construction access, clearing, foundation installation, tower assembly, tower erection, conductor stringing, optical ground wire (OPGW) and overhead ground wire stringing for up to approximately 79km of the new 230kVDe Salaberry - Letellier (G79L) transmission line. ENQUIRIES CAN BE FORWARDED TO: Kelley Craig, SCMP Supply Chain Management Procurement Operations Department Email: kcraig@hydro.mb.ca Competitive Procurement Strategy: Request for Proposal with further negotiations Bids will be opened privately MANDATORY CRITERIA: All proposals must meet all of the following criteria, in Manitoba Hydro-s determination, in order to proceed to the second stage of the evaluation process: All Submission Forms in Envelope A are duly completed and, where required, duly executed (SF A.1, A.2, A.3, A.4 and A.5; SF A.1.1 if the Proponent is a Multiple Entity Proponent) Proponent has obtained an Agreement to Bond (SF A.2) Proponent is COR certified or has obtained an equivalent safety certification (SF A.3) Proponent agrees, if awarded a Contract for the Work, to follow Manitoba Hydro-s Environmental Protection Plan (SF A.4) Proponent has signed its Proposal (SF A.5)
