Description:
Proposals are invited for the supply of all labour, material, equipment, and services to complete the work of the Request for Proposal for a Building Addition to Durham Community Health Centre site at 115 Grassmere Avenue, Oshawa, ON in accordance with the Request for Proposal documents.
Proposals from invited Construction Managers will be received by Barry Bryan Associates before 2:00:00p.m. local time, as determined by the email clock receipt on Tuesday February 11th @ 2:00pm.
The scope of work for these services comprises of the construction of a 423.52 m² (4,555 ft²) building addition for multipurpose fitness and recreation area programming space(s) on the north end of the current facility at 115 Grassmere Avenue, Oshawa, ON. The building addition is currently preliminary planned as a single storey, masonry construction with an approximate area of 423.52 m² (4,555 ft²). The final areas are subject to further design development which will involve the selected construction manager to take an active role in the design with the consulting team and provide ‘real-time- project budgeting and design input.
The successful bidder will provide all required works as noted in the RFP documents attached.
