- The Town of Okotoks (the Town) will soon be accepting proposals from qualified contractors for landscaping and civil improvements to the parcel at 20 D-Arcy Ranch Drive (the former homestead). This is not an invitation for quotes or proposals, but an advance notice for potential interested parties about an upcoming opportunity. Potential bidders may not contact any Town staff or administration about this project.
The Town expects to post the Request for Proposals (RFP) document in July 2025, with a target construction timeline of approximately September 2025.
