- The Municipality of East Hants (“East Hants”) acquired the former Dominion Atlantic Rail line (the “DAR Line”) in 2023. The DAR Line spans approximately 41,848 m (41.85 km) between Stanley and South Maitland, East Hants, and consists of the below listed Property Identification numbers (“PIDs”). East Hants would like to engage the services of one or more Nova Scotia Land Surveyor(s) to conduct survey sketches for, depending on the cost of the services, some or all of the DAR Line, in accordance with the requirements set out in this document (the “Services”).
