- The Purchaser is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents to complete work for the replacement of fresh air dampers, fan motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD's), and the upgrade of controls at the at the St. Clair College Centre for the Arts (SCCCA) building located at 201 Riverside Drive West, Windsor, Ontario N9A 5K4.The term of the Agreement shall reflect the construction activities scheduled from approximately August 11, 2025, through February 28, 2026.The Preferred Proponent shall guarantee all work, equipment and materials for one (1) year from substantial completion of the Agreement.
