- The City is seeking proposals from experienced Proponents capable of providing, implementing, and supporting a software solution to facilitate water and wastewater customer compliance monitoring and reporting. This solution will support 3 programs: Wastewater Surcharge Program, Fats, Oils and Grease (FOG) Management Program and the Cross Connection Control program. Implementation of this solution is needed to accommodate an increased risk in sampling frequency for wastewater surcharge customers, improved oversight for industrial compliance inspectors in the FOG Management Program, and replacement of current software used to support monitoring and compliance related to cross connection control.
