***July 13, 2021: Addendum No. 2 Q & A document providing answers/clarification to questions received added to supplier attachments. Minor revisions to Second Narrows equipment list also included. Closing time to receive proposals remains 3:00 p.m. local Vancouver time on July 20, 2021. No further addendum are anticipated.***

***June 23, 2021: Addendum No. 1 Q & A document added to supplier attachments and includes notification of a three week extension to the closing time to 3:00 p.m. local Vancouver time on July 20, 2021. The deadline to submit questions was also extended to 12:00 p.m. on
