Description:
The Purchaser is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced Proponents for the provision of culinary student kits to support students of the Culinary Management program.The Culinary Management program is a two (2) year, four (4) semester Ontario College Diploma program. Each fall (September) semester, approximately forty (40) students are enrolled in the program. The student kit for this program is provided to students in the fall semester of their first year and the kit is used for the duration of the program. Successful students from this program are provided the basic tools to enter the work force.A winter intake (January) may be required under certain circumstances. In such cases, enrollment may be fewer than forty (40) students. The Proponent must be prepared to accommodate a winter intake if necessary, recognizing that minimum enrollment thresholds and lead times may apply. Please note that a winter intake is not guaranteed.It is the intention of the Purchaser to award one Proponent for this procurement process. A Proponent must be able to supply every item required for each student kit mentioned herein. If a Proponent is unable to provide every item required for each student kit based on the specifications mentioned herein, the Proponent may not be considered.
