- Scope of the project involves construction of a Shared Use Pathway (SUP) from Portugal Cove Road to Logy Bay Road for the City of St. John's. This SUP is approximately 2.7 km long and will have a 3m wide asphalt surface. There are neighborhood connections as well that are in addition to the 2.7km length. This SUP will help connect the community and promote active transportation. The path will travel past senior living complexes, schools, and parks. This SUP will form part of the City's overall Bike Plan Network, and will add to the City's active transportation network. There will be rest stops along the SUP including benches, garbage receptacles, and doggy bag stations.
