Description: Crawlspace Improvements and Underpinning - St Matthew Synopsis: Regina Catholic Schools is Accepting Tender Submissions for the Installation of a New Vapour Retarter on the West Side of the Existing St Matthew Elementary School Building, and Underpinning of the North West Corner of the Building. Work of this Contract is Generally Comprised of the Following: A. Preparation of the Crawl Space for Installation of a New Vapour Retarder in Accordance with the Drawings, Specification and Manufacturer Requirements. B. Underpinning of the North West Corner of the Building Using Either Bored Concrete Piles or Hydraulic Steel Jack Piles. C. Regrading of the Affected Area after the Underpinning is Complete, Including any Stock Piled Areas. Work is Located at St.Matthew School in Regina, Sk Additional Information: a Mandatory Tender Walk through has been Scheduled for ****June 23, 2023 at 9:30 Am***** at St. Matthew School. all General Contractors Must Attend the Site Meeting in Order to Familiarize themselves with the True Extent of the Work, Sub-Contractors are Encouraged to Attend, but it is not Mandatory.
