Description:
The work will involve the demolition of an existing service centre and the construction of a new concrete block service centre on a reinforced concrete slab foundation (150 m2) and related mechanical, electrical installations and civil/site development work. A pre-tender site meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. on July 23, 2025. Attendance is not mandatory, however all contractors are encouraged to have examined the existing site conditions prior to submitting a bid. If a Proponent is interested in participating in the site visit as scheduled above, please email rfxquestions@gov.sk.ca by 5:00 PM July 21, 2025.
