Tender are invited for Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA)Tendering Procedures: The bidder must supply Canadian goods and/or servicesCompetitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall ProposalComprehensive Land Claim Agreement: NoNature of Requirements: Service Canada programs, the Canada Pension Plan (CPP) and Old Age Security (OAS), are legislated to provide tax forms to clients for payments received during the previous year ending December 31. The forms are to be received by all clients no later than February 28 of the following calendar year. Service Canada requires data processing, variable printing, supply of printed envelopes, supply of printed information inserts and distribution of these forms. It is estimated that 13,625,000 forms will be mailed in January-February 2022 to more than 9,000,000 program beneficiaries for the 2021 tax year.The Contract will be in effect from the date of award of Contract until March 31, 2022 with the irrevocable option to extend the Contract by four (4) additional one (1) year periods.There are security requirements associated with this requirement.
