- Background: RCMP requires repair of masonry and window stone sills at Building K, the building is a designated heritage building.Project Scope: Repair masonry, window stone sills, repointing, cleaning, installing rainwater gutters and downspouts at Building K. As well as reinstating new planting beds, landscape reinstatement and remove and replace concrete pathway beside Building K. The exterior walls are comprised of historic brick masonry, with stone accents, including windowsills. Caulking sealant is provided at window and door perimeters and at other penetrations.
