- The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider that will provide the Canada Post human resources (HR) program with a flexible client portal provided as a commercially available Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering with integrated HR case managementand orchestration related functionality. The contract will be granted for an initial term of seven (7) years, with up to thirteen (13) additional option years, exercised in increments at Canada Post's discretion.
