- This Request for Expression of Interest (“EOI”) is issued by the Regional Municipality of Durham (“the Region”) for the purposes of gathering information about the marketplace in order to assist in the determination of future purchasing options or bid opportunities. Respondents are asked to respond to the questions disclosed in Appendix A - Electronic Questionnaire.
The Region invites Expressions of Interest from District Energy (DE) utility providers to share information on their experience with greenfield district energy systems, including planning, design, and construction, as well as operations across multiple systems.
