- Notice is hereby given that the Ministry of Attorney General is considering an increase in the current contract held by Quartech Systems Ltd (the “Supplier”).
The Supplier is tasked with developing a software-based Court Fees and Fines Management System (CFFMS) to modernize the Court Services Branch-s (CSB) existing Accounts Receivable and Collection (ARC) system. As work has progressed, a more in-depth comprehension of the technical specifications has been attained. It has become evident that the necessary hours for Integration, Data Migration, and On-Demand Services exceed initial projections. This unforeseen development is a natural progression of the project as the technical elements have been elaborated and refined. The original RFP (ON-11209) did not guarantee the exact nature, timing, volume, or values of the On-Demand Services required and CSB is now considering raising the potential budget to $4 million.
