SCHEDULED AND NON-SCHEDULED/ ON DEMAND COURIER SERVICES /spanan style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif"style="line-height:103%" style="color:black"The Supplier will provide scheduled and non-scheduled/on demand courier services to Purchaser to facilitate delivery of goods andmaterials to and from Purchasers- Facilities listed in 2.0 Price Form. Allparties will endeavour to facilitate the streamlining of processes to achieve efficiencies in the delivery of Services for Purchasers and Supplier.span -serif"The Purchaser and Supplier shall cooperate to identify potential improvements and efficiencies in Service delivery and performance, which may result in cost savings for the Purchaser./span "Supplier will provide scheduled and non-scheduled delivery services to/ from Purchaser facilities in a scheduled and as-needed, as available basis. Supplier will be available 24 hours a day, seven(7) days a week to receive such requests and will use best efforts to accommodate Purchaser requests for any non-scheduled delivery services for Purchaser Facilities.
