- This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by Parkland County (the "County") to prospective respondents to submit quotations for The County Services Building and Keephills Community Centre Roof Replacement, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the "Deliverables"). A Mandatory Site Visit will be held on June 24, 2025 at 9:45:00 AM local time at the Keephills Community Centre located at 15, 51515 Range Road 32A, Keephills, Alberta T0E 0N0. After viewing Keephills Community Centre, respondents will be required to follow the County Representative in their own vehicle to the County Services Building located at 2700 48 Street, Stony Plain, Alberta. The County will provide a sign in sheet at both locations to confirm attendance at the mandatory site visit. Therefore, all respondents that do not attend will not be considered for this opportunity. Please note this will be the only opportunity for respondents to view the site with Parkland County staff.
