- This Request for Tender (the “RFT”) is an invitation by the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville (“the Counties”) to prospective bidders to submit bids for County Road 22 Rehabilitation (FDREAM), as further described in Section A of Appendix D - RFT PARTICULARS (the “Deliverables”) of the tender document.
For the purpose of the RFT, the Counties are seeking qualified and experienced Contractors for the rehabilitation of County Road 22 (2.9 km) from Heckston to Latimer Road (municipal boundary).
The scope of the project includes the in-place full-depth reclamation (FDR) of the existing asphalt, with an expanded asphalt mixture (EAM), paving a top lift of new hot-mix asphalt (HMA), cross culvert replacements and upgrades, replacing select entranceway culverts, new guiderail installation, and select ditch cleanout to ensure positive drainage. - Documents:
