Couchiching First Nation Stormwater Management and Drainage UpgradesThe Couchiching First Nation (Owner) is seeking bids from General Contractors for the Stormwater Management and Drainage Upgrades in Couchiching First Nation. Couchiching First Nation (CFN) is located in northwestern Ontario alongthe western shores of Rainy Lake, about 5 km northeast of Fort Frances. Highway 11 and the Canadian National Railway (CN Rail) line run southwest to northeast, roughly parallel, and traverse the full length of the Community.The Project will include the following main works: Site preparation Ditchre-grading Culvert replacement, resetting, and cleanouts Environmental protection Site roadwork and landscaping restorationA mandatory pre-bid site meeting is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) on Wednesday, May 21, 2025.
