- Humber Polytechnic is seeking to identify and pre-qualify Proponents for the supply of SPA, Makeup and Cosmetic Supplies according to APPENDIX B (“Goods”), together with related services (“Services”) (collectively, the “Goods and Services”).This Request for Supplier Qualification (RFSQ) is intended to establish a Vendor of Record (VOR) for the provision of professional-grade cosmetic, skincare, and spa supplies to support Humber Polytechnic-s academic programming in Cosmetic Management, Medical Esthetics, Spa & Esthetician Management, Fashion Arts & Business, and related experiential lab environments. The project objective is to secure qualified manufacturers capable of supplying consistent, high-quality, inclusive, and performance-driven products suitable for instructional, practical, and advanced technical application within classroom and experiential lab settings. Key deliverables include the supply of professional-level makeup products (complexion, eyes, lips, contour/highlight), skincare essentials, setting products, and complete cosmetic tool kits, all meeting defined performance specifications such as pigmentation, blendability, wear longevity, skin sensitivity standards, and shade inclusivity.
