Description : This work includes interior refurbishment of 1st and 2nd floor public washrooms. Renovation of 2nd floor office spaces. Creation of 2 new universal washrooms on 2nd and 5th floors and 1 first aid room/refuge room on 2nd floor. Installation of new security measures in East and West stairwells. Replacement of vertical sanitary and storm risers, valves, drains, plumbing fixtures on floors 1 through 8. Installation of 2 new bottle fill station on 1st and 5th floors.
