- The City of Maple Ridge (the “City”) requests Proposals from experienced and qualified firms to provide “as and when requested” digitization services and, in some cases, secure destruction for the physical records held by the City. The successful Contractor shall scan paper documents, Microfiche, drawings, and photos of various sizes and formats into .PDF format. All scanned files must be searchable by keyword using OCR. Digitization requirements will be confirmed on a request-by-request basis, as appropriate for the record type, which may include keeping bound records intact and returned to the City after being digitized.
