Synopsis: The Town of Coronach and the Coronach Sportsplex Ice Plant Replacement project involves the removal of the existing ice plant system and replacement with a new R449a system. Located at the Sportsplex in the Town of Coronach, 300 Centre Street, Coronach SK S0H0Z0. Work includes delivery and Installation of: 2 - independent 30TR ice plant modules including all necessary controls 2 - heavy duty semi-hermetic compressors high efficiency plate and frame titanium heat exchangers Receivers sized to hold entire refrigerant charge Remote air-cooled condensers with variable speed fan head pressure control Brine pumps with high efficiency motors Removal and disposal of existing system All field electrical connections of new system All piping connections of new system Commissioning, Start-up and training of operation of new system Project start date of tender award date of July 12th, 2022 by Town of Coronach Council with completion date required by November 15, 2022 Site visit is recommended by Appointment, please call Jeff Dionne at 306-267-7297 or email coronachrecboard@sasktel.net.
