COPPER MINE PUMP STATION UPGRADES - CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

INVITATION TO TENDER

Sealed Tenders, plainly marked on the envelope "TENDER FOR COPPER MINE PUMP STATION UPGRADES - CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, CONTRACT 2024-930" will be received by the Purchaser, Integrated Water Services of the Capital Regional District at their offices at 479 Island Highway, Victoria, British Columbia up to 2:00pm local time on April 11, 2024, at which time they will be opened in private.

The works to be constructed under this Contract generally include, but is not limited to, the following:

Part A:
Construction of a new pump station is required to replace the existing Copper Mine Pump Station 1 (CMPS1) at the intersection of Copper Mine Road and East Sooke Road. The new pump station will boost water pressure to fill the Copper Mine Reservoir, provide fire flows, and provide back-up distribution pressure to the Copper Mine 1 Pumped - HGL 141m pressure zone. This station will also house pressure reducing valves to reduce pressure from HGL 141m to HGL 110m, and thereby replace the Copper Mine Pressure Control Station (CMPCS).
