Description : Replace Existing Air (60 Ton) & Water (255 Ton) Cooled Chillers with High-Efficiency Units that are sized to the Building-s Refrigeration Requirements (255 Ton), and Replace Cooling Tower & Remote Sump, including Cooling System Controls. This option will improve the building-s chilling system, bringing it to the operational capacity of the building-s requirements, compared to options 1 and 2, where the air-cooled chiller is not being utilized during the hot summer months of the year even as a backup. With Option 3 the multiple chillers provide operational redundancy, which would be useful in cases where equipment breaks down. - Documents:
