The scope includes the design, procurement, and installation of a new, code-compliant cooling system that ensures long-term reliability, energy savings, and uninterrupted service to building occupants. The project will replace the existing chiller, chilled water pump, cooling tower, cooling tower water pump, chilled water expansion tank, chemical feed station, refrigerant leak detection system and penthouse mechanical room ventilation system.
