Description:
This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Limestone District School Board (the “Board”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for RFQ 23-56A Controls Upgrades at Joyceville Public School and RFQ 23-56B Boiler Replacement at Central Public School, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”).
RFQ 23-56A - Joyceville Public School
This project involves the modification of the existing hydronic and control systems. The hydronic system changes include the addition of thermoelectric control valves to the perimeter radiators, new hydronic force flow heaters at the building entrances, and replacement of the existing glycol loop circulator pump.
The control system additions include the perimeter radiator control valves, additional temperature sensors in indicated spaces, a boiler make up water meter, new control valves, freeze stats and CO2 sensors in the air handling units, and exhaust fan control and monitoring.
RFQ 23-56B - Central Public School
This project involves the replacement of existing mid-efficiency natural gas hot-water boilers with new condensing natural gas-fired hot water boilers, the replacement of the hot water circulators and associated controls.
