Tender are invited for Controls Upgrade Project 2021
Project Description : This project entails the complete upgrade of the building management controlssystem for the C-FER Test Facility, including but not limited to all removal ofpneumatic controls, compressor and tubing, and upgrade of DDC hardware,Software, graphics, etc.The goals of this replacement are:• Have the controls system updated with the newest technology.• Replacing the existing pneumatic controls for better system control and feedback. • Investigate options for savings on energy and maintenance, including integration of theControl system with other disciplines such as lighting and security.The existing system is a Siemens Insight.Any existing controls components, controllers, wiring, etc. which are not directlycompatible with the new controls system without gateways or interpreter devicesShall be removed and replaced. Existing sensors that are found to be defective areto be replaced with new.Project must be fully completed before March 31, 2022.
