Description : DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) - Project WA203002. - Contrast Baths, Richmond, ON The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to carry out construction consisting of, but not limited to, the following: .1 Demolishing existing concrete block partition, roof curb, electrical and mechanical equipment to accommodate a new contrast baths and room layout. .2 New contrast baths, .3 New ventilation unit on the roof, .4 New equipment and plumbing to support contrast baths. .5 New electrical panels and transformer .6 New ceilings, floor and wall finishes .7 New structural steel frame and foundation to support contrast baths. .8 Refer to attached designated substance survey. .9 Contractor will be responsible for obtaining a licensed hauler and receiver for the transport and recycling of any hazardous materials.
