- This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of Newmarket (the “Owner”) to prospective Respondents to submit proposals for the construction of a new permanent parking lot at the former Tennis Club Area (gravel lot) including integration and improvements to the Existing P3 parking lot as further described in Part IV of the RFP Particulars being (the “Deliverables”).
