Contractor - Replace Atrium Supply Fan
Location : Canada, Ontario, ON - 21 - Stormont
Job Location : 111 Water St East, Cornwall, ON K6H 6S2

Description : Scope of Work/Overview: Existing two (2) Atrium Evaporative Cooling Units will be replaced with two (2) new Atrium Supply Fans. Existing three (3) Roof Exhaust Fans will be replaced with 3 new Direct Drive Roof Exhaust Fans. Replacement will require the following: .1 Decommissioning of the existing units including power disconnection and protection of existing feeders for reuse. .2 Removal and disposal of the old units and associated components c/w power disconnection. .3 Installation: .1 Modifying the existing ductwork and connections to suit new Equipment. .2 Installation of the new Atrium Supply Fans and Roof Exhaust Fans and connection to the existing ductwork. .3 Updating the associated controls and revising of the existing sequence of operation. .4 Reconnection of the existing feeders to the new Equipment. .5 Commissioning the new Atrium Supply Fans and Roof Exhaust Fans. Refer to tender documents in MERX for scope details. Include HAZMAT abatement work where required.
