Summary Details:
The City of Vancouver as represented by its Vancouver Board of Parks and Recreation (the "City") invites Tenders for the replacement of the de-watering pump at McCleery Golf Course.
The Work generally includes, but is not limited to:
(a) Site Mobilization and Hoarding;
(b) Deconstruction and disposal of waste material, and abatement of hazardous material;
(c) Replace structure, new pumps and re-locate electrical; and
(d) Commissioning and training.
The Site is located at the De-watering Station (South of the 8th Green) at the McCleery Golf Course, 7188 MacDonald Street, British Columbia. The Site is further described in the Tender Documents, including the Site Plan attached as Appendix 3.
