SCOPE OF WORK: 1.Work of this Contract includes but not limited to the following: For GOC5934454 AHU#5 Replacement:The project scope of work consists of but not limited to, the replacement of AHU#5 (MMS # 5530490-30-050-008) and the connected outdoor DX unit. Contractor to provide a fully functionalproduct and material based on the requirements outlined in the tender documents. BAS monitoring points shall be integrated with the building's BAS. Awarded contractor is required to hire base building Maintenance BAS contractor (IECS Controls attn: Alton Douglas.For GOC6342998 Boiler Replacement:Theproject scope of work consists of but not limited to, the replacement of the existing gas-fired boiler in service at the garage building (MMS # 550490-20-070-003) with an electric one. Contractor to provide a fully functional product based on the requirements outlined in the tender Documents. BASmonitoring points shall be integrated with the building's BAS. Awarded contractor is required to hire base building Maintenance BAS contractor.Bidders to provide bid breakdown per each GOC#.
