The City of Vancouver (the "City") invites Tenders for the Britannia Arena Condenser Replacement.
The Work generally includes, but is not limited to:
-Refrigeration System Decommissioning and Related Equipment & Refrigerant Disposal Service
-BAC Evaporative Condenser, Remote Water Sump, and Water Pump Installation
-Glycol Cooling Loop for the Compressor Oil, Head Cover, & Jacket Cooling
-Provide System Commissioning and Startup Service
The Site is located at Britannia Arena located at 1661 Napier Street, British Columbia. The Site is further described in the Tender Documents.
The purpose of this ITT is to select a Tenderer with the capability and experience to efficiently and cost-effectively perform and complete the Work.
