Description:
1.Work of this Contract includes but not limited to the following: For GOC5934454 AHU#5 Replacement:The project scope of work consists of but not limited to, the replacement of AHU#5 (MMS # 5530490-30-050-008) and the connected outdoor DX unit. Contractor to provide a fully functional product and material based on the requirements outlined in the tender documents. BAS monitoring points shall be integrated with the building's BAS.Refer to 01 11 33 1.3 for BAS information.For GOC6342998 Boiler Replacement:The project scope of work consists of but not limited to, the replacement of the existing gas-fired boiler in service at the garage building (MMS # 550490-20-070-003) with an electric one. Contractor to provide a fully functional product based on the requirements outlined in the tender Documents. BAS monitoring points shall be integrated with the building's BAS.Refer to 01 11 33 1.3 for BAS information.Bidders to provide bid breakdown per each GOC#. Both projects to be awarded to one compliant bidder.Following requirements apply to both projects above although separate project documentation where required are to be submitted per each GOC project number:Contractor to submit and obtain SMOP (Specific Method of Procedure) approval from Consultant and BGIS, prior to commencing work at site.Furnish all labour, materials, equipment, tools and supports as well as supervision to provide a complete installation, tested and in working order, as shown on the drawings.
